Tulip Tree Family Health Care is here to provide quality, affordable medical and dental services to all of the residents of Gibson County and the surrounding area.  We also offer the only independent Quest Diagnostics laboratory collection site in Gibson County.  Quality - it's our commitment to serve our community.

We provide these services for individuals and families both with and without insurance. 

For those without insurance, we offer an Income-Based Sliding Fee Scale.  For those with insurance, we accept most private insurances plans in addition to Medicare, Medicaid, and Indiana HIP insurance.  Whether you need direct patient care, health education or information for our area, we are here for you.
