Tulip Tree Family Health Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing quality affordable healthcare and dental services to all residents of Gibson County and the surrounding area regardless of an individual's race, age, disability, sex or financial ability.
Our staff is committed to offering all of our patients and the community the highest quality of medical and dental care along with courtesy and respect.
We offer a Sliding Fee Scale based on household income for uninsured individuals and their family as well as accepting many types of insurance (including Medicare, Indiana and Illinois Medicaid, MDWise HIP, Anthem HIP and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and most private insurance companies). With discounts and payment arrangements available, our goal is to help as many people as possible.
Looking for medical care? Since 2000, our medical staff has been here to help serve your primary health care needs. We see men, women and children of all ages, insured and uninsured. We have a outstanding medical staff that includes three Family Nurse Practioners (Mellisa Hall, Anita Simpson, and Amber Wheeler) working in collaboration with Dr. J. Christopher Sartore. Looking for dental care? As a part of Tulip Tree Family Health Care Dr. Ken Beckerman, Dr. Rachel Harvey and their staff are here to provide outstanding dental care! We continue to accept patients without dental insurance as well as patients with Indiana and Illinois Medicaid insurance and most private insurances.
We also offer the only independent Quest Diagnostics laboratory collection site in Gibson County. Quality - it's our commitment to serve our community.
We provide all of our services for individuals and families with and without insurance.
For those without insurance, we offer an Income-Based Sliding Fee Scale. For those with insurance, we accept most private insurances plans in addition to Medicare, Indiana and Illinois Medicaid, and Indiana HIP insurance. Whether you need direct patient care, health education or information for our area, we are here for you.
